Vlad really helped our family out after our air conditioning system stopped working during a heat wave due to another contractor’s faulty modifications to the drain system. He identified the issue right away and replaced the unreliable pump based drainage with a passive drain just as the home builder had originally designed. I chose Freon Service because I saw their 5-start reviews.  And after their service, I know Freon truly deserves 5-star rating.  I need to replace my air ducts.  Freon is the first to reply and the estimator Matt came the next day.  Due to my vacation schedule, he followed up and came a second time after my vacation to confirm on the work order.  Jake (the technician) and his team did a great job, very professional, courteous, and patiently answered all my silly questions.  I am a bit picky about the air flow, and Jake came a couple more times to help me adjust the air flow.  Always on time, always courteous and patient. Excellent service from responding to questions about options and quotes to installation of HVAC. We reviewed about six quotes and their options and total cost was competitive compared to the others. We opted for a heat pump system. They also informed us and explained all the available federal, state and local rebates and tax credit with going with a heat pump system. Installation of the HVAC heat pump system went smoothly. Freon staff was very professional. Victor, the HVAC technician and his helper, Riff were great. They took good care of not tracking mud by laying a floor drop cloth and wearing shoe coverings. They leveled the ground where they installed the heat pump, tested the temperature of the vents, remove all debris (they did this for each day of installation), and explained all the settings. Count me in as a very satisfied customer. If you are considering replacing your HVAC system, give them a call.
